Cycle Hire

TrailNet is developing a network of
cycle hire facilities throughout Essex. We are working in
conjunction with a number of partners including Essex County
Council, Brentwood Borough Council, Basildon Council, Sport
England and Essex Wildlife Trust to provide bicycles at
the following locations:

- Weekends and Bank Holidays - 10:00 to 16:00
- School Holidays - 10:00 to 16:00 (call to confirm)
- Other Weekdays - By arrangement only (call to

Please Note:
1) Last rentals at 15:00
2) All bikes and equipment must be returned
by 16:00 unless otherwise agreed
Please
ask if you require longer-term bike rentals or about additional
items such as specialist road, triathlon or mountain bikes, bike
carriers, bike boxes/bags etc.
Notes:
- Advanced
booking is recommended to ensure availability and as opening
times may vary depending on weather conditions and special cycling
events.
- We
require proof of identity (e.g. driving licence or passport)
and either a cash or credit card deposit before you can rent
any bikes.
- All
rentals include the use of a helmet, which we strongly recommend
that all riders (especially children) wear whilst riding.
