Thanks to support from Brentwood Borough Council, we have established a Trim Trail at Thorndon Country Park and offer weekly instructor-led group sessions for all ages and abilities.
With a mix of resistance training, aerobic conditioning and stretching, these sessions are designed to improve your strength, stamina, endurance and flexibility. Why shut yourself away in a gym when you can exercise with like-minded people in a lovely outdoor setting.
