        which Website belongs to Trailnet CIC (company number 06482275, a private company
        registered in England and Wales with its registered office address and main trading
        address at Thorndon Cycle Centre, The Avenue, Brentwood, Essex, England, CM13 3RZ.

      1. Governing jurisdiction
        10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any
        dispute(s) arising in connection with these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction
        of the courts of England and Wales.
