Our centre is based in beautiful Thorndon Country Park, which has over four miles of surfaced tracks and is a great base from which to explore the surrounding Brentwood countryside.
We are open for hires as follows:

At our hire centre we have a range of adult mountain bikes available for hire.
These bikes are ideal for year-round riding on the Thorndon trails, with low gearing for the hills, wide tyres for grip in the mud, and powerful disc brakes.

There's no better way to ensure you stay with someone of different ability on a ride than to share a tandem.
Our off-road tandems are designed to get you around the Thorndon trails and have generous gearing for the hills.
Our selection of tandems cover most combinations of adults and older (12+) children.

Hybrid bikes can be used on a mix of road and non-technical trails, so if you're planning a longer ride including both services, then this is the bike for you.

Child Seat
For children from 9 months to two years (22kg weight limit), a rear mounted child seat can be a great adventure.
Note. Due to the uneven and unpredictable nature of the trails, we strongly recommend that only experienced off-road riders use these; if in doubt, choose a buggy.
